CTB demonstrates a large left frontal haemorrhagic cerebral contusion with associated traumatic SAH and SDH

CTA demonstrates continued haemorrhage as demonstrated by a globular pooling of contrast.

Patient went on to have a craniotomy and a bleeding cortical artery (torn) was identified and cauterised.
