Presentation

Headaches for 6 months. Weight loss. HIV negative.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
mri

Extensive involvement primarily of the left cerebral hemisphere with high T2 signal, peripherally enhancing, non-restricting lesions with marked positive mass effect. 

pathology

The patient went on to have a craniotomy. Histology confirmed cryptococcosis.
