CT demonstrates extensive left frontal and to a lesser degree left temporal lobe hemorrhagic contusions with overlying acute subdural and subarachnoid blood.
Extraconal hemorrhage on the right results in proptosis. Bone window demonstrates extensive undisplaced occipital fractures.
Repeat CT the following day

CT performed the following day demonstrates increase in the size of the contusions and positive mass effect.
