Cerebral haemorrhagic contusions with skull fracture

Patient comes from the emergency service with the history of head contusion due to a car accident.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

CT shows a right temporal fracture with subgaleal haetoma, subdural haemorrhage and subaracnoid haemorrhage.

Case Discussion

In this case we see multiple hemorrhagic lesions, typical findings after a high energy  head contusions.
