Undefined history of partial left motor deficit.

CT images show a right frontoparietal lesion with enhanced rim, mass effect and surrounded by vasogenic oedema.
Considering the unclear history of neurological deficits and CT appearance of the lesion it is reasonable to consider the possibility of a brain tumour, especially a glioblastoma.
Stereotactic biopsy and follow up confirmed the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
