Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

CT Brain

CT images showing a right frontoparietal mass like-lesion with an enhanced rim, mass effect, and surrounded by vasogenic edema.

Case Discussion

Considering the unclear neurological deficits history and CT appearances of the lesion it is reasonable to consider the possibility of a brain tumor, especially a glioblastoma

Stereotactic biopsy and followup confirmed the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
