Presentation

Known case of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Patient Data

Age: 41 yr
Gender: Male
mri

Multiple, avidly enhancing, variable sized cerebral and cerebellar lesions, some with ring enhancement pattern, with significant amount of peri-lesional edema, more pronounced around the largest lesion in the left parietal region. 

Case Discussion

Given the history mentioned above, the lesions are consistent with brain metastases
