Multiple enhancing lesions throughout those cerebral hemispheres, thalami and to a lesser extent the cerebellar hemispheres, in keeping with metastases. Pronounced edema in both frontal lobes and right parietal lobe. No significant midline shift.
1.8 cm sclerotic lesion anteriorly in the frontal bone close to the vertex and right temporal bone consistent with bony metastases.
Case Discussion
Widespread cerebral metastases. Breast primaries are one of the commonest to metastasize to the brain.
