Bilateral supra and infratentorial parenchymal metastases.
Irregular multifocal ependymal thickening and enhancement of the lateral ventricles, more pronounced on the right.
Case Discussion
Advanced cerebral metastatic disease with a severe ependymal manifestation. This may seed into the spinal canal via the CSF causing drop metastases.
Lung and breast malignancies are the usual culprits.
