Presentation

Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

Ill-defined mass in the left posterior temporal lobe with edema, internal T1 hyperintensities seen. On GRE, blooming due to internal hemorrhage. Ring enhancement in a cortical-based lesion.
