Cerebral metastasis

New-onset recurrent seizures.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Innumerable scattered bilateral abnormal signal lesions with water restriction in both cerebral and cerebellar hemispheres

Some of the lesions also show surrounding vasogenic edema.

Case Discussion

The recent patient didn't have any history of specific medical illness but a brain MRI for seizure workup showed innumerable metastatic lesions. The patient disagreed with the continuation of diagnostic and therapeutic management.
