A single image from a contrast-enhanced CT demonstrates an irregular enhancing mass at the grey-white junction with extensive vasogenic oedema. 

Case Discussion

70 year old man with metastatic lung cancer. This solitary metastases was resected; histopathology: non small cell lung cancer.
