Left sided painless proptosis

Patient Data

Age: 16 years
Gender: Female

Left deep frontotemporal AVM with a large nidus displaying multiple flow voids. Its feeding arteries are from the left middle cerebral artery and draining vein to the deep cerebral vein then to vein of Galen.

No significant mass effect or associated hemorrhage.

Diagnosis: Pial AVM Spetzler-Martin grade V
