Multiple enhancing lesions, some of which are T1 intrinsically bright, are noted with surrounding vasogenic edema.
Case Discussion
Features are in keeping of cerebral tuberculoma. Differential diagnosis include: Ring enhancing brain lesions.
The right orbital lesion, in the setting of cerebral tuberculomas, is suggestive of orbital tuberculoma.
