- multiple small confluent nodules in the right frontoparietal parasagittal region and left posterior temporal region. They display an isosignal to the cortical grey matter on T1, low signal on T2 and FLAIR with a cluster of ring enhancement on post-contrast sequences and a large area of surrounding vasogenic edema
- another small left occipital parasagittal nodule with ring-like enhancement is noted
- patchy consolidation with cavitation and nodular opacities are noted bilaterally mainly in the left upper lobe

MRI features most consistent with cerebral tuberculosis (tuberculous granulomas (or tuberculomas) in a patient treated for pulmonary tuberculosis.
