Presentation

Prior operation due to low-grade left frontal parafalcine meningioma. Follow-up.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

  • In the right Sylvian fissure an about 6 mm focal ectasia of the cortical veins can be observed in the postcontrast sequences. 
  • Postoperative changes in the left frontal lobe near the vertex in line with the prior surgical resection. No changes compared to prior study (not shown), and no pathological enhancement. 
  • Unchanged irregularity of the superior sagittal sinus near the operated region.
