Cerebral vasospasm

Seen both pre and post coiling is marked vasospasm involving A1, M1 and M3 branches with smooth long segment severe stenosis. 

Case Discussion

Initial angiogram in a patient with delayed presentation following a SAH demonstrates a multi-lobed PCOM aneurysm on the right. The patient went on to have the aneurysm coiled. 

Seen both pre and post coiling is marked vasospasm involving A1, M1 and M3 branches with smooth long segment severe stenosis.
