These frontal images of arterial phase of internal carotid injections demonstrate bilateral, but more marked on the right, long segments of smooth narrowing. An aneurysm clip is noted in the region of the Acom, and multiple clips on the right in the region of the MCA.
Case Discussion
Features are characteristic of vasospasm in a patient a few days after extensive aneurysm clipping.
