Presentation

Sudden onset of headaches and seizures.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

MR images demonstrate an area of abnormally increased signal intensity in superior sagittal and tranverse right sinus. Diffusion shows restriction within these sinuses and MR angiography depicts an intraluminal filling defect on sagittal sinus and transverse and sigmoid right sinuses.
