Area of venous infarction in the right temporal region of low signal on T1 and high signal on T2 with no hemorrhagic component on the GE sequence.
Thrombosis of the left lateral and sigmoid sinuses, extending to the ipsilateral internal jugular vein as well as to an adjacent temporal cortical vein, which appear high signal on T1, T2, and FLAIR with loss of their signal void on MRV 2D-TOF.
