The non-contrast CT demonstrates hyperdense material filling the left lateral and sigmoid sinuses as well as the terminal portion of the ipsilateral internal jugular vein which is confirmed on postcontrast CT as a filling defect within. Area of venous hemorrhagic infarct in the left temporoparietal region.
