Left frontal cortical and subcortical area of low attenuation, with effacement of the overlying cortical sulci.

mri

Left medial frontal (ACA) territory cortical and subcortical area of abnormal signal, it elicits high signal at FLAIR WI, and restricted diffusion being of high signal at DWI and low signal at ADC map. Effacement of the overlying cortical sulci sis seen.
