Various causes of cervical spine ankylosis are illustrated, including diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH), ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL), and ankylosing spondylitis. Carrot stick fracture and subsequent Anderson lesion complications of ankylosing spondylitis are also depicted.
