Presentation

Abnormal uterine bleeding.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female
mri

Mass like irregular circumferential cervix wall thickening with a maximum thickness of 28 mm and maximum length 85 mm 

Irregular ring enhancement with water restriction on DWI images in the mentioned mass lesion 

Invasion of the mass to the uterus lower segment and body, lower third of the vagina and serosal aspect of bladder, urethra, parametrium, and mesorectal fascia.

A case of cervical cancer sent for MRI staging.

MRI shows gross parametrial infiltration with the involvement of the lower third of the vagina, uterus lower segment, and serosal aspect of bladder, urethra, parametrium, and mesorectal fascia with no extension to the pelvic wall (FIGO IIIA).
