There is a 40 x 45 x 55 mm locally advanced bulky cervical cancer along with posterior cervical wall that extends downward into the vagina upper third, mid to right posterolateral aspect and involving the parametrium on the right side
Three enlarged right internal iliac chain regional lymph nodes, with diffusion restriction suggestive for regional metastatic nodes.
Case Discussion
Stage IIIC1 of cervical cancer is considered according to FIGO system staging.
The histopathology report after biopsy of cervical mass: squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix (keratinizing type).
