A 118×110×112 mm lobulated hetero enhancing soft tissue density mass with foci of coarse calcifications is noted between the posterior aspect of cervix uteri and rectum originated from the cervix. Fat plane between the mass and rectum is obliterated.
Lymphadenopathy with SAD of 12 mm is noted at right parailiac regions.
Case Discussion
Huge pelvic mass most likely originated from the uterine cervix; pathology proven sarcoma (leiomyosarcoma subtype).
