Cervical meningioma

Right upper limb paresthesias and weakness.

MRI of cervical spine reveals an intradural extramedullary mass along the right side at the level of C1 and C2 vertebra compressing and displacing the cord. There were no features of myelomalacia.

Case Discussion

Findings suggest spinal meningioma. Cervical spine is the second common site for spinal meningiomas afetr thoracic spine.

Histopathology confirmed meningioma.
