Cervical nerve sheath tumor

Ovoid T2 hyperintense lesion between the right posterior elements of C1 and C2 shows central enhancement. The lesion is separate from bone and again results in smooth adjacent osseous remodeling. Features remain most consistent with nerve sheath tumor.
