Lateral c-spine x-ray is normal.
Case Discussion
It is normal for the anterior portion of the vertebral body have reduced osseous height compared to the posterior portion of the body. It is also normal for upper cervical vertebral bodies to sit anteriorly on each other. This is called pseudosubluxation.
