Case Discussion
Cervical ribs are incidentally identified in this asymptomatic patient, articulating with the transverse processes of C7 vertebra. They are usually bilateral, asymmetric, asymptomatic and are more common in females. In some patients, they can present with symptoms of thoracic outlet syndrome.
