Complete right cervical rib with anterior articulation with the first costochondral junction.
Small left cervical rib.
T1 midline spinous process cleft (spina bifida occulta).
Pseudo-articulation of right first and second ribs.
Few vertebral bone islands are noted.
Normal CT of both lungs.
Case Discussion
Bilateral cervical ribs, with complete right one. There is also an incidental note of T1 spina bifida occulta and pseudo-articulation of right first and second ribs.
Cervical ribs are usually bilateral, asymmetric, asymptomatic and are more common in females.
