Cervical spine meningioma

There is a 26*40*50 abnormal signal avid enhancing extrmedullary intra and extra dural mass lesion at C1 and C2 levels in the right side causing to cervical cord indentation, involvement of C1 and C2 vertebral bodies and lateral and posterior extension into the peri vertebral soft tissue deep to para spinal muscles.

Pathologically proven case of meningioma.
