Sclerosis of the pedicles at multiple levels. At C6, there are well corticated linear lucency running through the pedicles, consistent with spondylolysis. There is advanced degenerative changes involving the atlantoaxial articulation and multilevel degenerative disc disease most severe at C5-6 and C6-7. At C5-6 a posterior disc-osteophyte complex causes moderate narrowing of the spinal canal. Severe multilevel facet joint arthropathy together with uncovertebral joint osteophytes cause moderate to severe narrowing of the neuroforamina bilaterally at all cervical levels.
