Pre and post-contrast images of a CT guided left C6-7 TFESI.
Best appreciate on the non-contrast images, an uncovertebral osteophyte causes moderate narrowing of the left C6-7 foramen.
Contrast is shown to extend through the targeted left C6-7 foramen and into the epidural space.
Case Discussion
The transverse processes of the C7 vertebra are longer than the other cervical spine vertebrae, which can be a useful additional aid when planning.
