Palpable mass in the neck.

There is a lobulated vascular mass arising from the right external jugular vein adjacent to the right sternocleidomastoid muscle. No calcified phlebolith was detected within this lesion.

The presumptive diagnosis was vascular malformation likely arising from the right external jugular vein.
