Cervicodorsal spinal cord astrocytoma

There is widening of spinal canal with expensile partly exophytic SOL within the cervical-dorsal spinal cord, extending from C2 to D3 level. It is hyperintense on T2 W, STIR images. No blooming on GRE images. no obvious enhancement on the post contrast scans. The craniocaudal length of the lesion is 16 cm.
