Images depict in order:
- Bosniak 1 simple cyst - complete absence of signal.
- Bosniak 2 cyst - bright band-like septal signal which corresponds to a thick, calcific septum on the B-mode-like image. No true vascularity.
- Bosniak 2F - faint, equivocal microbubble influx (original image)
- Bosniak 3 - clear septal vascularity and wall irregularity
- Bosniak 4 - marked septal enhancement and internal enhancing nodular foci.
