Case Discussion

This patient is a known poorly controlled diabetic  - note the arterial calcification and toe amputations - with peripheral neuropathy. Xrays demonstrate midfoot fragmentation and collapse of the medial longitudinal arc. These features are consistent with bilateral Charcot joints
