The changes consist of joint margin destruction, mild subluxation, bony proliferation and sclerosis, involving all metatarsophalangeal joints to a variable extent. Note normal calcaneocuboid and talonavicular articulations.
Case Discussion
This patient is a known poorly controlled diabetic with peripheral neuropathy.
