Selected axial images from a non-contrast CT demonstrate hypoattenuation in the cerebellar hemispheres and posterior limb of the internal capsule.

Selected axial images. High T2 signal in the cerebellar hemispheric white matter, corticospinal tracts (sparing the red nuclei above), and extending up into the posterior limb of the internal capsule and perirolandic subcortical white matter. Note that the increased DWI signal in the cerebellum is T2 shine-through.
