Intra-articular fracture through the right radial styloid, with no displacement or comminution.
Ulnar styloid process fracture was also noted.
No wrist dislocation.
Carpal and metacarpal bones appear normal.

It is an intra-articular fracture through the right radial styloid.
These injuries are sustained either from direct trauma typically a blow to the back of the wrist or from forced dorsiflexion and abduction.
