Grossly expanded mandible.
Case Discussion
There is a grossly expanded mandible with abnormal bone texture. Features here are of cherubism which is an autosomal dominant condition presenting in children as bilateral and symmetrical fullness around the jaw. It has previously been considered a variant of fibrous dysplasia, but it is a distinct entity.
