Pain in lower chest wall for past 2 months. Weight loss and low-grade fever.

A cystic-appearing lesion is noted deep to spleen using curvilinear probe. The lesion is deep to rib. No movement of the lesion was noted along with respiration. Long axis of rib in the center of the lesion which involves subcutaneous plane.
Case Discussion
There is a well-defined area deep to the spleen. The lesion is deep to the rib.
Another lesion inferior to the above-mentioned area is noted with a rib in its center.
Findings favor chest wall abscesses.
Presumed to be of tuberculous etiology.
