Neck pain, upper limb weakness and numbness.

Cerebellar tonsillar ectopia, below level of foramen magnum, pointed shape in sagittal images, crowded foramen magnum.

Expansion of the spinal cord, with intramedullary hyperintense T2WI fluid signal, extend from C5 down to D2 level, likely syringomyelia

Case Discussion

Low lying cerebellar tonsils in foramen magnum, associated with cervico-dorsal syrinx, suggestive Chiari I malformation.
