Presentation

Adult female with bulbar manifestations, dysesthesia, bilateral upper and lower limbs weakness.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Chiari I malformation with extensive cervico-thoracic syringohydromyelia. Downward tonsillar herniation for about 15 mm below the basion-opisthion line is seen.

C5/C6 posterior disc protrusion is seen as well.
