Well-demarcated opacity in the left infra hilar region. (?mass lesion)
Both hilar regions appear prominent. (?lymphadenopathy)
Gas-filled colons showing interposition between liver and diaphragm.
Case Discussion
The mass lesion in the left lung. For further characterisation, a chest CT scan was advised.
Incidental finding of Chilaiditi sign.
