This case demonstrates Chilaiditi sign. This is an entity where the colon lies between the diaphragm and liver.

When symptoms are associated with the condition, it is called Chilaiditi syndrome. Careful evaluation is paramount in such a scenario, as the condition can easily be misdiagnosed, leading to unnecessary surgical intervention.
