Colonic interposition beneath the right hemidiaphragm.
Previous left mastectomy and ANC.
Right upper lobe fibrosis.
Case Discussion
Chiaiditis syndrome in which colon interposes beneath the diaphragm can be mistake for a pneumoperitoneum.
In this case the haustral markings are well delineated indicating colon between the diaphragm and liver.
