Radiographic image PA view erect showing gases between the liver and diaphragm, the right hemidiaphragm is raised, colonic haustration within the gases suggest its presence inside the colon and not free under the diaphragm. Findings were confirmed by CT.

CT with oral contrast confirmed interposition of right side of the colon between the undersurface of diaphragm and the liver, No free air under the diaphragm.
