Narrowing of the right posterior nasal aperture with tiny bone spurs at the same level and thin irregular bone septum obstructing the right posterior nasal aperture. Mild retained fluid is noted at the right nasal cavity anterior to the site of narrowing. Relative widening of right anterior nasal cavity.

Case Discussion

Features are suggestive of right choanal atresia, bony type. Unilateral choanal atresia may present late as it doesn't interfere with lactation.
